The live sessions are 90 minutes. We recommend setting aside an additional 2 hours per week for your Experiments. These are active work on your business, like setting up Profit First or building your AI agent, that you would need to do anyway to grow.
No. We break down SOPs and AI agents into simple, repeatable steps. You will have the templates and the guidance to build your conscious tech stack even if you currently feel digitally disorganised.

Sessions are recorded and available after each Thursday. Showing up live is where the real transformation happens, since the hot seats, the Q&A and the energy of the group cannot be replicated in a recording.

Live sessions are on Google Meet. The community lives in the Inner CEO group inside the Umaversity app, where you share your experiments, wins and breakthroughs between Thursdays.
